How do I upgrade my O2 phone? +
Upgrading is straightforward. Call us on 0330 059 9711 and our advisers will check which O2 upgrade options are currently available, help you pick the right handset and data bundle, and guide you through the confirmation process. Upgrades typically require you to be an existing O2 customer nearing or past the end of your current contract.
How do I switch from another network to O2? +
Switching is easy. You'll need a PAC (Porting Authorisation Code) from your current network to keep your number — you can get this by texting "PAC" to 65075. Call us and we'll help you choose an O2 plan and walk you through the switch process. Most switches complete within one working day.
What information do I need when I call? +
